Rabbi Lewis Warshauer

Lewis Warshauer is an independent educator teaching Jewish studies to adults and based in New York City. He received his B.A. and M.A. from Columbia University and Rabbinic ordination from The Jewish Theological Seminary, where he studied as a Wexner Graduate Fellow. He has served as a rabbi at Congregation Beth Shalom in Kansas City, MO, and as a rabbinic fellow at the Jewish Theological Seminary. Prior to his rabbinic career, Lewis covered international affairs on the staff of the U.S. House of Representatives. He is a long-time supporter of justice and health-related causes and has served on several non-profit boards including Avodah-The Jewish Service Corps, and the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies.
